After you purchase your plan, you will need to download the SILVER Rental Property Description Form as directed. Fill out the form, attach your pictures and send it back to us.  Your 30-day Ad will not begin until we confirm the ad with you, this is usually the same day.  Other sites can take up to 3 days to get your Ad placed on all sites. 

SILVER PROPERTYRENTMASTER AD PLAN:

1. Your Ad will be placed on over 40 paid and unpaid websites, with exposure to over 4 million people looking for YOUR rental property.

2. Free emails directly from your potential renters

3. Free toll free number forwarding, keeps your phone number confidential

4. Up to three pictures you provide will be added to the Ad for you. We suggest a good front shot of the house, kitchen, living, master bed, bath, then back of house or other amenity that your renter might enjoy.

5. With your property description we proof your Ad to make it as effective as possible. We have the experience to make your Ad bring you quality renters.

6. We check your suggested rental price and compare it to the neighborhood and offer any suggestions to change your price if needed. You can change your rental price at any time during the 30-day period and all the sites will be updated.

7. Your Ad will be emailed to you to confirm. After you confirm we will tell you it is now activated.  Your 30-days will then begin. Many Ads stay "alive" for days after. 

8. Free advice on renting your property by email or phone whenever you need it. We manage property all day long, we can help you with your property if you need help.

9. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds. Once we place your Ad, we have incurred costs of our time, advice, and labor and we have paid for placing your ad on all of the sites as agreed. Your Ad will run on all sites until you direct us to cancel the Ad.  This is usually when you have rented your property. Sorry, no prorations. If your property is rented in one day or 30 days, you will still have to pay for a 30-day Ad.
